Acceptance of Terms of Service

This is an agreement between LAFOREST SAVORS LLC, ("Company"), the owner and operator of <http//www.laforestsavors.com> (the "Site"), and you ("you" or "You"), a user of the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://olamsites.wixsite.com/laforest-savors/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference. If you choose to not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Site.

User Conduct

  • impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity,

  • accessing any content on the Site through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Site, or

  • bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein.

Paid Services

The Company reserves the right at any time to charge fees for access to the Site. However, in no event will you be charged for access to the Site unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. You may cancel your account at any time. Any fees will be posted prominently on the Site and in other appropriate locations on the Site.

 The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources, or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. You may have additional rights under certain laws (including consumer laws) which do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of LAFOREST SAVORS LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of this Agreement by LAFOREST SAVORS LLC must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of LAFOREST SAVORS LLC.

Termination

LAFOREST SAVORS LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
